The Small Sleepout is constructed from shadow clad ply on the outside with insulated timber frame walls with cavity and grooved MDF on inside. It comes fully painted with a coloursteel roof, timber floor with galvanised steel support bearers.
These units are fully insulated for comfortable living and are great as an extra bedroom. Inside they are painted and carpeted and equipped with light fittings and power points. The small cabin can be easily connected to a power supply via a caravan lead to your existing supply.
While spacious, this unit is under 10m2. This means that council consent may not be required to install a unit. All units are built to meet the current building code.
