Built to last

Our homes are made with the care and quality needed to last the distance.

Construction happens inside our own purpose built factory in South Auckland. Manufacturing at our own site makes the process efficient and very cost-effective. We get economies of scale keeping prices very reasonable for our customers. Without compromise.

Council Code of Compliance (CCC)

All units are built by a Licensed Building Practitioner and come with a CCC (ex factory).

10 Year Warranty

As the law requires, all our units come with a minimum 10 year watertightness and structural warranty.

Vented Cavity

All units come with a vented cavity for improved watertightness and durability.

Fully Insured

All our units are fully insured during build, during delivery and with their CCC can be insured ongoing by you the buyer.

Kiwi Made

All units have traditional NZ timber framing, Kiwi joinery, roofing, cladding and lining as you would expect in any good quality home.

Built to code

Our units are properly built to the NZ code and are fully council consented. This gives customers peace of mind as well as solid and insurable future investments.

All our homes are warm, dry and eco-friendly. This gives families a great healthy place for their kids to grow up in. As well as tiny power bills for their tiny homes.

Kiwi building methods

We use traditional tried and tested Kiwi building methods and natural materials (lots of timber) creating tiny homes and cabins just right for the NZ environment. Using features like cavity construction and breathable cladding on traditional timber framing, we are sure you will like the feel of our units compared to other lesser units in the market.

Good quality design

All Unit2go cabins and tiny homes come on steel skids and can be moved easily without damage. They stand the test of time.

They’re also well designed, with better, wider layouts than many, often feeling bigger than they are.
