If you want to pay for your home up front, or arrange your own independent financing, we can do a simple cash sale. This is a straightforward process, find out how it works here.

How it works.

The steps are as follows:

Complete the application form below
We will be in touch to discuss your housing requirements and determine site suitability and which extras you would like
We will confirm plans and provide a contract for signing including the amount of the deposit
Once the contract is signed and deposit paid, we will commence the build
We aim to deliver the house to you In 8 – 12 weeks. Our general terms are 1/3 payment plus delivery payable upon signing the Purchase Agreement, 1/3 payment to be paid on completion of framing and cladding and 1/3 prior to delivery
